The nature of the WillSummit website (the “Website”) requires you to submit certain personal information (your “Information”). However, the nature of the Website requires that authorized persons be allowed to search for and purchase your specific Information. In no event will any payment by a third party for your Information as part of a search on the website entitle you to any refund of your Fees paid to WillSummit. In addition, WillSummit reserves the right to transfer or sell your Information to interested parties in connection with credit reporting, background investigations, credit and insurance underwriting, or if requested by a court of law, administrative agency, or other government entity.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, WillSummit may, at any time, be sold as a going concern to a third party purchaser, or be merged into or with a third party. As part of such sale, your Information may be acquired in conjunction with the Website and other assets of WillSummit. In the event of such a sale, you will retain title to your Information; however, you acknowledge that such a sale is permitted under the terms of this Privacy Policy.

In the event of any conflict between this Privacy Policy and the content of the WillSummit website (other than the Terms and Conditions), the terms of this Privacy Policy will control.
